Team Quest provides your group with an opportunity to be challenged physically, mentally, and socially. Our programs give participants the freedom to move from a comfort zone into a challenge zone, conquering their fears through team support and individual determination.
We provide programs year-round at our camps or your location. Whether you’re a corporate team looking for a fresh outlook for the next year or you’re a school group looking to build new connections, we have programs to meet your needs.

Regina McGrath Team Quest Manager

Regina has worked as a Facilitator with Team Quest since 2012. Previously, she owned and operated a dental clinic in Eden Prairie. After practicing for twenty three years, she put down the hand piece to pursue her passion for education. Team Quest offered the unique combination of education and the outdoors , which proved to be an ideal fit. When not at Team Quest, you can find Regina skijoring with her dogs, biking The Lakes , or spending time at her cabin.

Staff Hiring & Training
True Friends is committed to providing all our program participants and staff with a safe and high-quality experience. Our process to hire staff begins with partnering with reputable local, national, and international organizations to find individuals best suited for the settings in which we provide services. Once the individual has applied, an average application process includes pre-screens, interviews, reference checks and background checks. Then, once the individual is hired, she/he must complete several hours of online and in-person training.
